A day walking the 2007 SEMA show at the Las Vegas Convention Center

I flew from Los Angeles to Las Vegas for the day to finally check out the SEMA show I have heard so much about over the years. I mainly came out to meet friends and customers that came out from all over the country.
What I learned is that you can not see the entire show in one week and I thought I could do it in one day. It is an overwhelming experience that everyone should experience if possible as it is one of the best networking opportunities in the automotive industry I have ever witnessed.
I had great meetings with folks such as Bob Spano of Magnaflow Performance Exhaust where we discussed the challenges of catalog building and publishing. Magnaflow is now an authorized data provider for the Auto PlusXP system. I also had great meetings with Vertical Development and Formual Image.
All in all my day at the SEMA show was positive and exhaustive and worth it...
Here is a great video account that summarizes the SEMA show published by Edmonds' Inside Lane.
Enjoy!
